I had stayed with Draco and Lincoln despite Juniper instructing both of us to leave. When Draco went with his father, I just looked over at Lincoln. He looked slightly worried. I sighed and shook my head. I sure hoped that this would not end badly. When Draco returned, all seemed as good as it could be. I moved away as more people - I was assuming fellow schoolmates from back in the day - showed up to pay their respects to Draco and Pansy. I went over to my wife who had both of our children now and I took our eldest one. Dana was still sleeping in her little carrier, but Reed was getting antsy.

Clearly Vince and I had walked in at the wrong time with our children. I had Marie on my hip and as soon as we walked in, Vinny had gone over to find Ian and Abel. I could not say that I was surprised. I went over to Pansy and gave her a one-armed hug. "I am so sorry," I said to her, letting my daughter wrap her little arms around my best mate as well.

I walked in behind my wife and kids and watched them go their own way. I went over to Draco, who seemed to just finish speaking to his father by the looks of things. "Malfoy... don't let anything get to you today," I said to him awkwardly. Millie warned me that I needed to watch what I said to him today. I needed to speak more than just grunt like I normally did.

As soon as we got there, I went to find Ian and Abel. I really thought his older cousin was pretty cool. I got to them and realized I did not know how to act. Mum told me this was a sad day because Keegan died... but I was not entirely sure about that. Ian did not look really sad or anything -- Aunt Pansy and Uncle Draco did, though. "Hey guys," I said to them timidly.

I put my arms around Auntie Pansy. "Love you!" I said to her, not letting go and was really happy that she took me from my mumma.

I walked into the funeral home with Maisie and our twins, glad that Alexa was taking a nap on my shoulder. She was the handful compared to Killian. Whatever had just happened, the entire funeral home was full of tension. I put a hand on Maisie's shoulder, a warning for her to tread carefully within these walls. I had a hard time trusting any of my old house with the way these things went. I found Draco and the four of us went up to him before going to Pansy. I shifted my daughter and put out my hand, which Draco shook. "I'm sorry, mate," I said to him, even though we had numerous differences in the past.

I held onto Killian's hand to keep my little three-year-old son close to my side. But that was not a problem, he was a good, quiet kid. Like his father. I nodded at Draco, letting Evan do the talking. I was not sure how any school grudges would be held during today. Hopefully everyone could keep their heads, but that was not in a Slytherin's nature, though.

I had heard about Malfoy losing his daughter and we were planning on visiting the states anyways to see Dean and everyone. Lyn and I went to the funeral home - leaving Rory with Dean and Addison - and I realized that there was a lot more going on than what should be going on at the funeral of a little girl. Despite differences, I wanted to pay my respects to Pansy and Malfoy. I was more there for Juniper than her brother.

I saw all these other kids coming in and wondered how everyone would handle that. I stayed by Abel and my cousin because Mum told us to stay over here when Grandfather came in... I never really met him, but there had to be a reason. Vinny came over the instant he walked in and I wondered what would be going on with all the young kids.

When Draco asked to speak to Lucius alone, I was worried. I knew Juniper wouldn't take it lightly but, even if she as reluctant, she knew this was something that had to happen. After a few moments, when they came back and Draco gave his sister a small nod, I knew thigs were at least temporarily okay. I walked over to be by my husband. I wanted to be there for my son and daughter-in-law but I wasn't sure if Lucius was there for the same reason.

I held onto my sisters hand tighter as more people come in. "Hi Vinny." I glanced over at him as he came up to our group, but my focus was on the adults. At least Uncle Draco had stopped talking to Grandpa. I saw mum standing next to Uncle Draco and other people start coming in. I looked down at my sister and gave her a small smile. I had switch my focus to my sister, it was the only thing I could control. "You good?"

I was hesitant to let Draco be alone with Father, but I knew it was something he had to do. I placed my hand on Ian's shoulder to make sure he didn't try to follow. I bit my lip but sighed in relief when he nodded as he came back, letting out a breath I hadn't realized I had been holding. I went up to him and hugged him tightly, giving him some of my strength. I saw other people start to come in, so I pulled back but stayed close to Draco. I listened as everyone gave their condolences to him and Pansy, I was happy so may people where her to support my brother durning this tough time. I felt my eyes start to water, since no one knew about Austin until after he had passed away, we never had anything official like this. I blinked back my tears as best as I could, today was about Keegan and being there for my brother, and sister-in-law, not Austin. I sighed sadly and looked towards the door when I saw Jetty come in. I gave him a sad smiled even though I was very happy to see him, I hadn't realized that he was even here and not at home in the states. I was glad that he was here to support my brother.

I might not go that far, but I swear to you... if I find out later, I will come after everything you love without mercy." I did not even wait for Father to respond and I walked away. I knew he would stick with his story, so why did I even give him a chance? I looked at Juniper and nodded slightly at her to let her know it was alright. I was shaking with anger and despair. I was so... lost.

I was surprised at first by the things that Draco was saying, but then I was furious that he thought he could threaten me. In fact, how dare he think that he would win any of this. I had much more practice with all of this than he ever has. I regained my composure and found my wife. "Poor boy, stricken with such grief," I said, acting as though what he had spoken to me were not the threats he said.

I was as relieved as I could be that Draco and his father seemed to be as civil as possible today. I looked at Millicent as shse came to me and hugged her. "I can't believe so many people are here for us... and I don't know why. We are Malfoys after all," I said, wiping away my tears. I was not expecting so many people to show they cared.

I had said a few words to Draco and, on my way to say the same to Pansy, I stopped at Juniper. I put a hand on her shoulder. "I am so sorry," I said to her softly. "I heard... and how are you holding up?" This was always so hard. Lyn stayed close to me not knowing anyone here really.
