I know I never make this easy.....---TBD

I saw the fight and knew this was bad. I turned to look at Jada. "Go get Lupin," I told her, knowing that we would need some sort of backup.

I broke free of the one girl and spun the other one and slammed her into the floor. I crawled a bit trying to regain my composure as Natasha heard someone coming and she hit me hard in the face. I stumbled back and ended up having blood in my mouth and I spit on the ground. I kicked her hard in the gut, I saw people in my eye sight I didn't care. I am making the point to say no one can do this to me. I got hit by one of her friends tackling me into the statue. I couldn't hold it in I was in a lot of pain. I picked up the helmet and through it at the other girl who was coming.

I rolled up my sleeves and looked at Fred. 'I know we dont' hit girls... but I think this is an exception," I said, already walking towards the fight. I didn't necessarily want to fight them, I just wanted to get them all separated. There was no way that I would let anyone do this to my girl.

I left Jada out of the fight and overheard George tell her to go get Remus. I walked over to the girl Elena just threw off of her and hoisted her up in the air as she started screaming. " RELAX!" I shouted over top of her voice. My ears were ringing. I looked at the girl I was hanging on to. So Elena fought three girls by herself and they look the way they do. I couldn't help but grin a little.

I wasn't worrying about dealing with anyone but Natasha and Elena. I walked over to them and pulled Natasha off of Elena and practically threw her across the floor. I knew that Elena didn't need to be protected, but being ganged up on wasn't fair at all. I turned and stood in front of Elena and crossed my arms. "You even take one step closer to over here, I swear, I will kick your ass," I warned, my voice sounding menacing to even myself.

I let the guys deal with the fighting and ran off to Professor Lupin's office. I was banging on the door and nearly hit him when he opened it. "Sorry, sir," I said, grabbing his arm. "but elena is in a really bad fight... worse than normal. Fred and George are trying to stop it, but I think we're going to need more help than that," I explained as he followed me to the hallway.

I looked up to George's back, I spit blood on the floor. I looked over to Natasha who looked as though she was going to cry. Good....Cry all you want. I just stayed on the floor, I couldn't really get upas fast as I wanted too.

It caught me off guard to be called 'sir'.  That hardly happened.  I followed behind her, keeping pace, as we went to where the fight was.  I could hear a lot of yelling and sighed.  Elena was always keeping things interesting, that was for sure. I saw the scene and did have to stifle a smile. Fred was trying to contain a couple of girls and George was in front of Elena, looking at Natasha Illinois. "Alright, enough!" I said above the din.

I heard Jada coming back with only one guess who it was and I heard his voice. I sighed, " Hi Professor..." I mumbled. Looking at my own blood on the floor, I know I would have a lovely chat with Remus after I have been fixed up. Looking over to Natasha who was crying and went over to Remus while mocking how overly sore she was. I sighed. " Wonderful.." I said as I used George as a stool to help myself up. Cringing at my own pain, I used him as my weight.

"miss Illinois, save it for someone who will believe you," I said, holding up a hand to stop her. "what I see is three of you against just Elena. Looks like you three will be having a weeks worth if detention." I turned to George and Elena. "I want to see you in my office one madam pomfrey has had a look at you. Mr Weasley, if you would be kind enough to take her." I bet I surprised just about everyone out there in the hall. A teacher siding with Elena black? I looked at Fred and jada. "thank you...and make sure these three girls let miss black get to the hospital wing safely." When I turned I gave Fred a quick wink meaning I honestly didn't care how it was done. Sirius and ember kids sure kept me busy. I started back towards my office even though I wanted to check on Elena, I couldn't show any more favoritism than I already did.

I helped Elena up and I helped her walk away. When we were around the corner where Illinois couldn't see us, I asked, "Would you like meto carry you, babe?" I was really worried about her and I knew how it was to keep up appearances, but now no one was in sight.

I sighed angrily, slowly I nodded. " Yes please..." I said sadly. This is what I get for sticking up for myself. A nice visit to madam pomfrey. Remus is probably going to write mum and dad. I let myself be picked up no matter my objections.

I lifted Elena up into my arms and carried her to the Hospital Wing. "You shouldn't worry," I told her, "it was clear Lupin is on your side." I couldn't believe that she called him by his first name... it was just odd for me. Especially if I would ever see him outside of Hogwarts. Just weird.

I sighed, " He is until we have a conversation... " I pointed out. Remus is good at interrogations which annoys me. Apparently I am like my father which makes me predictable..which stinks. We got to the hospital wing. " Thanks hun." I said with a smile as Madam Pomfrey came out. Instead of speaking with me, she spoke with George as she assessed my injuries.

"What happened to Ms. Black this time?" I asked Mr. Weasley. This girl has seen me I am not sure how many times. " I am sure I see you more than your brother does Ms. Black.." I said as I looked her over. " Well now, it looks like you have a cracked rib and some bruised ribs...and a black eye and this needs to stop." I said as I worked to stop the bleeding.I also bandaged her eyebrow. " If your ribs still hurt come and see me. Mr. Weasley...can you please accompany Ms. Black to Professor Lupin...then back to the Gryffindor tower. Make sure she takes it easy. " I informed.

"Would you believe me if I said that she slipped and fell?" I asked, trying to lighten the mood. That just got me a very stern look from Promfrey. I fell silent as she assessed Elena. "yes, ma'am," I said, when she gave me my instructions. I looked at Elena. "Want me to carry you or are you gonna tough it out and walk to his office?" I asked, looking at her wearily. I didn't think she needed to be walking around, but I knew that she also wouldn't want to be seen as weak.
