"Oh thats horrible! Bill must be heartbroken then. I'm sure it is very difficult to loose someone you love tragically, especially with an infant. Bill will know when he is ready to move on, and he shouldn't rush things." I really couldn't imagine loosing someone that I love. "Well out of all your siblings, I am sure your mother will be glad to note that at least one of you take after her" I wink.

I groaned slightly before chuckling.  "I think I'd rather take after a dung beetle than take after my mum," I said, shaking my head.  I loved her dearly, but if I ever started to act like she did... I would drive myself bonkers.  I could not believe that we were still talking like this.  It felt so... normal.  I really had not expected it to be like this.  I really expected much more awkward tension or something.

I laugh at his reply. "Oh come on, I'm sure your mum isn't that bad" amusement dancing in my eyes. I had never thought talking to a boy would be this easy. I meet his eyes, then blush as I realize how close we were standing to each other. How had I not noticed myself moving closer to him?

I laughed and shook my head.  "No, she's not too bad.  but it doesn't mean I want to turn into her.  I wouldn't be caught dead knitting jumpers for everyone," I joked.  "And if you see me knitting jumpers and fussing about one's hair, I give you full permission to hit me with one of my dirtiest inventions to get me to snap out of it."  There was nothing wrong with knitting or fussing, but when it came to me... it just was not my cup of tea.  "I think I'd rather stick with pranks than knitting."

"Full permission to hit you eh?" I wink. I tried to contain my laughter as an image of George sitting in a rocking chair knitting, and calling his twin over while he was walking past to fuss about his messy hair, appeared in my mind. It didn't work though, I couldn't contain my laughter.

Her laughter was contagious as I could not help but join in.  "Do I even want to know what popped into that pretty little head of yours?" I asked, looking at her.

"Oh just picturing you acting like your mum" I smirk. But then I freeze realizing he called me pretty; noone had ever done that before (besides her parents). Blushing I look down at my feet.

I barked out a laugh.  "Was I wearing an apron?  Please tell me that despite acting or looking like my mum, I was not wearing an apron.  I still have to have fashion sense," I joked.  She sure did blush a lot.  I decided not to mention that again, though if she was going to keep doing it, one of these times I was just going to have to say something.  It was in my nature.

"Um no, but you were in a rocking chair, wearing a cat sweater" I reply, willing my blush to go away. Why do I keep doing that around him?

I groaned, chuckling.  "Not a cat jumper!" I said, shaking my head.  "That might be just as bad as an apron.  My reputation would be ruined..."  I feigned being overly dramatic about the entire thing.

Alright, now I had to mention something about her red cheeks -- they were well past pink.  "That color looks marvelous on you," I teased, winking at her.  It did catch me slightly off guard that she called me cute.

I laughed and shook my head.  "Don't apologize," I assured her.  "I think it's kind of cute."  I winked at her, grinning.

He said I was pretty and now cute. I could feel my blush going down my neck too. I peeked at him through my fingers, "how can I be cute when I look like a tomato?" I ask unsure of myself.
