I'm the girl of your dreams masquerading as your best friend -- TBD, 6th year?

We sat down and I got us some spoons, " Oh hunny..I understand..." I was so angry at my cousin who is he kidding. I can read him as much as he thinks he's a brick wall or something. I was going to have to talk to him. Not right now but soon. " Of course it will change things...I will be here for you..." I dug my spoon into the cookie dough ice cream. " Guys are dicks."

I dug into the ice cream and nodded. "I know... I just wish I didn't feel like this..." I said groaning. "I hate this." There was just moo other way to put it.

I nodded, " It'll take time but the feeling will pass." I told her. " It will hurt a lot....but it'll pass Dona...I know it doesn't feel like it now." I went on, " you can do it though....I know it'll come all around in a full circle." I said to her. Boy I was ever going to have a chat with my cousin.

I nodded, taking another bite of ice cream. "Really, I got the outcome that I expected would happen.  He just doesn't like me that way... though I swear sometimes he felt the something... not all the time, but there were moments that it seemed like he did," I confided.  Maybe I was just a little crazy and just saw what I had hoped to see and not what was really there in front of me.

Nodding as she spoke, " I get it Dona. It makes sense he is a dude who seems to think he is unreadable. He has to keep you safe from something first then he can think of a relationship. Merlin only knows what is going on in his mind. I do agree with you though he does like you. " I told her as I licked my spoon. " It just seems like something may be holding him back? " I wondered I mean, could one of his friends like her? That why he is being an ass to her?

I chuckled a bit at Ally's analysis of her cousin. "You're right," I agreed, "he is a guy. I just wish I knew what exactly was holding him back..." My eyes brightened with a bit of an idea. "Maybe you could see if you can figure that part out?" I knew it was a long shot, but I had to at least try. Besides, Ally enjoyed getting the on her cousin most of the time.

I bit my lip, as much as I wanted to yell at my cousin I am not sure how well that would turn out. He's a hot head as much as I am. I wanted to help my friend out more then anything. I'll just play it by ear. " I can talk to him." I said as I was planning on talking to Leo anyway.
