Azkaban -- Friend or Enemy Cont.

I didn't even care if I broke the rules at Hogwarts. I went to Azkaban very quickly. I didn't even bring chocolate. I ran down towards my dad's cell. "Dad! We need to talk!" I said as I reached the door.

Hearing my son, " well, im here as im not going anywhere." I made my own joke. " although I plan too." what did you need?"

Sometimes I thought that Dad was losing his mind. "Peter... he showed himself to Jetty. Jetty knows. I've already been threatened about all this by Jetty. And if Peter is behind it, then should I heed the warning? But I can't just stop. I mean... I need to go with the proof and the truth," I said, running my hand through my hair. "Even though I'm still not sure how I feel about you," I had to add, "but it sounds as if you are telling the truth." I sighed and shook my head. "I guess I just want to know what to do..."

Hearing him say that was amazing I smioed slightly. " what do you mean what should you do?" I asked. " avoid jetty. No matter what happens do not be in a room by yourself. " I walked over to the bars, " avoid doing anything to Peter. I don't want you getting into something like this
you don't need this. I am glad to know you have your opinions. "

Why was he treating me like a child? "Dad, you don't understand," I said, pacing. "I can't just not do something. I have to do something." I stopped and looked at him. "It would mean you could walk out of here." I felt like a fool for saying it... but a part of me wanted to free him. My mum needed him. I wasn't sure if I needed him... but if he was innocent, he deserved to be free.

I nodded " You know that I want out of here. I will come and see you when I get out. Dean, the Minister won't believe you. Build up a case....make it have facts and make sure you don't just present it to the Minister. He will dismiss it because you are a child and my child at that." I explained. " I know that I am needed and believe me I want to be needed. " I said reassuring the look I was receiving. " I would love to walk out of here. "

I stopped pacing agian and just looked at my dad. "When you get out of here? You say that as if you already have a way out," I mused, looking at him. "And I wasn't planning on going ot the Minister first. I was going to go to Dumbledore. He would at least listen to me. And then both of us would go to teh Minister. He can't ignore dumbledore... he's too influential." I loved the fact that I already had my end game planned... it was just getting to that point.

I nodded, " You do that...but please be careful." I said knowing full well my son is going to do what he thinks is right no matter what. " Be careful....and yes Dumbledore will listen it's just getting him here.." I said as I had seen where he was going with his plan.

"It won't be that hard," I said, pacing. I was starting to feel a little whoozy and clammy. I knew that it meant I had been here too long unprepared, but I didn't care. I'd pass out before I quit thinking out loud with Dad. From stories, he seemed like he was with plans. He'd at least help point out holes in mine so I could make it fool-proof. "I have the map now... so there's some proof that Pettigrew is still out there. Even at the school. He knows the whole story behind who was secret-keeper... so it shouldn't be that hard to convince Dumbledore."

Watching him as he spoke, " He may look at your proof. Albus is usually understanding that idea could work. Run with this but you should leave as you look like you're going to fall over. Did you bring some chocolate for yourself? " I asked him, it made me happier knowing Dean at least was looking into it.
