I shook my head at her. "Not really," I said, trying to find a way to top my sister. "I'm still the first born. A medical marvel because of mum's age." that could do it, right? Even if I did not, at least Ems had a smile on her face.

I started to walk away from James. I had won and he knew it. At least I could wallow in vicotry rather than sadness over ending things with Remus. "Oh, James, don't speak to the chosen one like this," I called back to him.

I heard my children's voices coming from inside. My eyebrows raised when I heard their comments. "Well, Marvel, I thik you ought to take frankie outside," I called up the stairs.

I heard my daughter laugh. "And Miss Chosen One, you can help your mum in the garden," I added, a smile on my lips.

I smirked at Ems when she was told to do something, too. We both started to go downstairs. "Why don't Miss Chosen One and I -- with Frankie -- go to the Lupins? I'm sure remus would like to see us," I said. I tried to get Ember out of chores, too. I figured she would enjoy getting out of hte house and have fun anyways.

Bloody hell. James wanted me to go to the Lupins? At least John never said anything about it. "Oh... for like one last swim? we could just use the pool..." But I could tell Dad was already thinking about letting us go. great.

I knew that Dad had only been giving us a hard time and he would let us go. at least I hoped so. "What do you say?" I questioned, wiggling my eyebrows at him.

I sighed. "I say you have three hours. Be home by dinner," I warned. "Your mother would love to see her children before you lot leave for school." I watched James head to the living room. Ems hesitated but went anyways. I wondered, but I did not ask.

Groaning internally, I followed James. "You don't have to include me," I told him as he grabbed a pinch of Floo powder.

I laughed. "You either stay and do chores... or come and have fun," I explained. I knew what her choice would be. I left her standing there and Flooed to teh Lupin Cottage.

Stepping out of hte fireplace, I saw John not exactly looking surprised.. "Hello, Pops," I teased, grinning.

"they?" I inquired. Were the guys here? I got a grin on my face. this was excellent. Of course I knew it was not sirius out with Remus, though, just Peter. Sirius was having family issues, poor bloke.

"Just Peter," I explained. "Anyone else following you?" I was assuming it would be Sirius. I had not really seen Remus and Ember together for a little bit of time... I knew they had to have broken it off.

"Ems. Sirius had to go back home because it's only a day before we have to go back to Hogwarts," I explained. If he had not, Orion and Walburga would flip.
