Take every chance; drop every fear -- TBD
I was having an interview with the headmaster at Hogwarts for a position in helping in the hospital wing. Apparently the matron there was getting older and needed some help. I was let into the Headmaster's office to wait; he was not there yet... I was guessing there was an issue on the grounds or something that he had to deal with. I heard the door behind me open and I turned slightly. When I saw it was the Headmaster, I got to my feet. "Hello, sir," I said to him, offering help instead of my hand as he was carrying a stack of books.

I smiled at Mr. McCullum when he took some of the books. Granted, I could have levitated them in front of me, but I had been doing other things with my magic whilst carrying them to my office. "thank you," I said to him, just motion he could set them down anywhere. "Sorry to have kept you waiting," I added, sitting down. It had only been a few days since the full moon and I was not at complete functioning capacity again, either.
"I hear that you are looking to get into the medical field. Why do you want to do that?" I questioned.

I looked at him and sighed. "Well, it was always an interest for me," I informed him. "But as I started pursuing it, I was diagnosed with cancer again. And I still am learning because it is something that helps to keep me going while away from my daughter."

I nodded as he spoke. "You have a daughter? Where is she while she's not wiht you?" I questioned. "If you don't mind my asking, of course." I liked to get to know the comrades at Hogwarts... I was not sure if he was hired yet, but the best I knew about him, the better.

I could not believe that Professor Lupin was genuinely interested in everything. "She lives with her mother in Australia," I said, sure that he could tell that I was not from England. "I wish that she was with me, though. Her mother isnt' the best..." I trailed off, nto really wanting to get into everything with my future employer.

I listened intently and smiled slightly when I heard where he was from: australia. "Ah, well, hopefully with a good job despite your health conditions, you could possibly get your daughter to come here," I suggested to him sort of telling him that he had the assistant job.

I raised my eyebrows. "Yes, I would love to have my daughter come to England,," I said, not wanting to get my hopes up. I needed to get into a place that was permanent like Hogwarts to even attempt to gain custody of Phoebe.

I smiled at him. "Well, at least you have accomplished the first step in the process," I said to him. I saw the comprehension dawn on his face and I loved it.

I could not stop grinning at Professor Lupin. "Thank you so much," I said, realizing what he had been saying. "You will not regret this decision at all, sir." I had one step started to get closer to getting full custody of Phoebe.

I chuckled at nodded at Graham. "Of course," I said to him. "I know how hard some things may be when it comes to family. And I want to be sure to help all I can."

I could not believe what I was hearing from the Headmaster. I breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you," I repeated for probably the hundredth time. "Arrangements are at the school or a nearby village...?" I wanted to know how I was going to handle my living arrangements. I merely had a dinky flat at the moment, so I would not mind relocating one bit.

"You will have some sleeping quarters at the school, but Hogsmeade has wonderful places that you can lease so you can end up having a place for your daughter," I explained to him easily. I took a sip of the tea that I had in front of me.
