What do you think? -- First Year

I sighed, looking up from my book at Rory and Stan.  "Of course I'm in here," I said obviously.  Then again, Constantine could not see me, but still.  Where else would I be?  "Not staying out there to make mates?" I asked them, though I could tell from STan's face that he was overwhelmed.

I shook my head and gave a pointed look at Stan.  Killian and I had these silent conversations that Constantine could not see all the time.  "Nah, it's far better in here, don' tyou think?" I replied casually, though I knew that Killian understood my looks that did not match my tone at all.

If I could roll my eyes, I would.  "You two are horrible at hiding your expressions," I said to them, picking up on their tones easily.  I let Rory guide me to the bed that would be mine.  "Though I do agree; it is far better in here.  I can pick up on where things are in here at least... it'll be easy to learn."

I laughed; I could not help it.  If he could tell our tones now, then he was always kind enough before not to let on that he knew.  "Alright... just make sure that you learn it pretty quick in here.  I don't want you stumbling into me or anything," I said to Stan teasingly.

I rolled my eyes.  "I'm more concerned with him crawling into the same bed as me," I added, joining in on the fun.  I smirked, knowing that Stan wanted to throw things at us.

"You guys are horrible," I poitned out to them, kicking off my shoes and disrobing.  I was still in my pants and shirt that we were supposed to wear underneath the robes, though.  "Have either one of you ever seen me accidentally crawl into bed unknowingly with someone else?  I don't make those stupid mistakes..."

I laughed and shook my head.  "No you've never made thosemistakes, but I will say you've made stupid ones before," I pointed out to Constantine sarcastically.  I got myself more comfortable and underneath of the covers while we teased STan.

Looking between Killian and Stan, I felt like I was missing something.  Stan hardly ever made mistakes around me.  "What are you talking about?" I asked the boys.  Granted, I had not been in England during all of my childhood... maybe I missed something when I was in the States.

I groaned.  This was not going to be good.  "Just like... choosing wrong t-shirts or something like that," I said to Rory, dismissing it easily.  I was not going into all of this.

I rolled my eyes, hating that Stan could nto see me.  "I'm rolling my eyes, mate," I pointed out to him.  "Really... it was super funny.  He's like... walked into furniture, wrong shirts, all sorts of stuff.  We all felt bad for him, though, so we never laughed.  Until now."  I made sure I was far enough away from Stan so he could not hit me.

"That's not very nice," I pointed out, though I had a huge smile on my face.  I was so happy that Stan was blind, but I knew he would be able to tell if was smiling or not... that was just how good Constantine was with bein blind.

I sighed.  "Really mates?" I questioned, shaking my head at them while untying my shoes.  "Look... it was no big deal.  I'm surprised it's taken you this long to bring it all up, honestly."  Killian always thought he hid his grin from me, but I knew better.  I knew he was smirking when he would kindly point out mistakes... At least that hardly happened nowadays.

"Well, we were trying to be nice, you see,"I pointed out Stan playfully.  I sprawled out onto the bed.  "At least these beds are comfortable.  And, look, hot water bottles beneath the sheets... and it's not even that chilly out yet."  Then I saw the chocolate next on the nightstand. 

I smirked and grabbed it and started to unwrap it.  "How much do you wanna bet that these were Uncle Moony's idea?" I popped a piece into my mouth.

I looked at Killian.  "Why would hte chocolates be Professor Lupin's idea?" I asked.  I did not know him well enough to call him anything else.  I grabbed my hunk of chocolate and started to eat it, though.

I chuckled at Rory and reached over to the nightstand with some caution and found some chocolate.  "Because that's how Lupin is: obsessed with chocolate," I said to my mate.  "And he just knows that everyone enjoys some chocolate... and for those who might be a little down about being away from family and whatnot.  It helps, I'm sure."
