I got to the point of what declan was saying. "Oh!" I said when it finally dawned on me. "Wow... I was making that so much more complicated than it had to be, wasn't I?" I could not help but laugh at myself.

I nodded at Leo. "Yeah, you definitely were," I said, clapping him on the shoulder. "Need help wtih anything else?"

I grinned at Declan and pulled out more work. "I'll take any help you're willing to give. You know I Like to get a different perspective on schoolwork... just in case i missed something," I said to him.

I laughed and shook my head slightly. I grabbed his work and started looking it over. "Spoken just like a true Ravenclaw," I added, seeing that he was perfectly fine with most of his work. "Though I don't know why you want me to double check all of this... you seem to understand everything just fine."

I laughed at the kid. "Of course I know," I reminded him. I looked over it and started making very minor corrections. "I'm basically just editing the grammar... not the ideology behind it." I wanted him to know that he was doing rather well on his work and I was not going to correct what he was saying in his essays.

I laughed. "There really shouldn't be that many grammar..." I trailed off noticing all his marks on my parchment. "Oi! I'm not that bad, am I?" I was instantly starting to get worried.

I laughed at Leopold's anguish. "Leo, it's not too bad... you're just misplacing commas and that's about it. But yeah, you're going to have to rewrite it because of my marks," I said to him, smiling apologetically.

I sighed. "It's not funny," I pointed out to Declan as he started laughing at me. "I am going to have to rewrite that, though, because of all those marks. That just makes all the more work fo rme now..."

I shrugged. "I think you'll be fine, Leo," I said to him easily enough. "Besides... copying it will help retain it in your mind." At least it always seemed that way for me.

I hated when Declan had a point. I groaned. "Yeah, but it's still a lot of time wasted when I could be flying or something," I argued halfheartedly.
