Personality:  Madelyn is a normal child.  She is not necessarily quiet unless it's about her family, then she shuts up and changes the subject.  She knows that if people found out about exactly who her father was it could eventually lead to turmoil.  She is decently outgoing but doesn't go out of her way to meet new people unless they really intrigue her. 


Bio:

Before School Years:  Maddie is definitely a daddy's girl.  She loves all the attention that he gives to her and expects nothing less.  She is definitely a family person from the moment she could talk and walk... it always seemed like she protected something of her family's whether it be reputation or just the family cat, no one could diss on this family with Maddie around.

During School Years:  She excels in school and is rather smart for her age.  She wishes that they would move her up so she could learn more things since everyone seemed to hold her back.  Maddie just wished that she was as good with friends and boys as she was with school work.  She always pushed people away because if they got too close, she feared that they would go off running that her father betrayed and stood up tot he Dark Lord over in Europe.  It seemed like a silly notion, but she did not want to take the chance.  She had asked her father all about his past and was excited when he did open put and tell her everything she was able to handle at each age sh easked.  Her friends constantly bugged her about proceeding with a career as an artist, and she did agree to do it.  And that was how she ended up meeting Jetty Pettigrew.

It was also during her school years that she met her half brother, Iggy.  They had never known who he was until in their later years in school when she helped him figure out who his biological father was.

After School Years:  Madelyn had a hard time getting her dad to like Jetty, but that was why she was so grateful for her mum at times.  She finally ended up marrying him and together they had a little boy, Rory.  Lyn just hoped that he would not be entirely like a Slytherin since they moved back to England a few years before Rory had to start at Hogwarts.  Her parents moved back beforehand so Xander could go to Hogwarts -- Lyn went to Alma Aleron (the American wizarding school), but she understood why they would want to move back so that way Xander could experience Hogwarts.  She knew that England was always in their hearts, but she grew up and lived in America.  But Jetty wanted to move back home as well, and finally they all decided that it was best.  Especially since Jetty's job made it possible for him to transfer back to England.
