Personality: Regulus is nowhere near as outgoing as his brother, Sirius. He has quite the mind and likes to use it only when it benefits him (only when as a young child). The older Regulus got, the stronger he became to tell right from wrong, good from evil. He just wished that it wasn't until after he had already taken oath to be a supporter of Voldemort...
Bio:
Before School Years: Regulus was quite spoiled by his entire family. Unlike his brother, he thought that purebloods were the best. He was so young and so easily manipulated by his mother. He enjoyed beign the golden child. He felt bad for his older brother until they got to school... then he thought that Sirius just asked for it.
During School Years: He was Sorted into the house of Slytherin much like any other Black. He became Seeker for the Quidditch team and was only a year younger than his brother. No one understood how the two boys could be so different from each other. Regulus was enticed by the power that the Death Eaters and Voldemort showed to him. He ended up becoming a Death Eater during his sixth year of Hogwarts much to his parent's pleasure and his brother's dismay. When Regulus finally got the taste of the real action, he realized what a mistake he had made. When he found out about what happened to Kreacher -- the family house elf -- he had to put a stop to it somehow. He was not a monster like he realized Voldemort was. His smarts got him to put together the arrogant remarks from the Dark Lord and what he was really up to. He found the first Horcrux the first summer after graduation and went to hunt it down and destroy it. He was near death... He was not sure how he got out of that cave, but when he did, he never looked back. He let everyone think that he had died. That was the ony way he could protect his family. How he wanted to talk to his brother about everything he learned, but he could not risk it.
After School Years: After having left, Regulus stayed in North America. There was no way he was going to even step foot back in Europe -- even after Harry Potter when he was just a baby destroyed the Dark Lord. Regulus knew better... he knew that there had to be more Horcruxes and that there had to be a way for Voldemort to come back to power. He knew that no one would be safe if they found out that he was still alive and what was really going on. Reg had a family of his own to look after... he was not about to let his loving family get punished for his mistakes as a child. He ws just grateful that he had been able to find someone who was able to deal with his past... and someone who made his future worth living and fighting for.
Regulus was able to travel back to England under the guise as Reese Williams. He actually got to see his brother a couple of times -- though he nearly blew it every time. He could not help himself. He and Aimee were married and had a daughter named Madelyn. They did not expect to have a second child, but much later they had Xander. He was Regulus's little man. He loved his daughter and was so overly protective of her... but when Xander was born, there was no reason to hide anymore. They ended up moving back to Europe to be closer to the family and to actually have a relationship with everyone.
