I wanted to do what she did, but I could not. I kissed her; I could not resist. I loved this girl whether I wanted to admit it aloud or not; admitting it to myself was enough. We broke apart. "Ems... I'm okay if you make it hard for me; I'll make sure that I get past that quirky exterior." I winked at her playfully.

I shrugged at him. "Well, you keep thinking that," I said to him playfully. "I don't know if anyone caan break my quirky exterior." Yes, I did use his words to describe myself.
