I smiled at my son. "I would like that a lot," I replied. Where was this sensitive boy any other time? Oh right... he was normally arguing with me or his sister because he was a stubborn child.

Grinning, I walked over and gave my mum a hug. "Good... me too. but depending on tests, it may end up not being consistent." I had to cover my butt for later... I didn't need to get in trouble for not writing her every week if I got swamped with tests and homework.

I couldn't help but chuckle. "I think I can let it slide if it's due to exams or even homework, Dean," I assured him. He was acting so businesslike... it was super cute.

I let out a sigh of relief. I looked up at the clock and groaned slightly. "I shoul dprobably head to bed, shouldn't I?" I questioned. I didn't really want to but I knew it would be an early morning.

I looked up at the clock as well. "Yeah, you probably should. You have a long, busy day in store for you tomorrow," I agreed. Standing up, I followed him up the stairs. I wanted to check on Lenni and then head to bed myself.

I hugged Mum goodnight and climbed into bed. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to sleep that wellanyways. I heard Mum go to her room. It seemed to take forever, but I finally fell asleep.
