New places, faces.....potions class disaster--TBD

Elisabetta had no idea how long she'd been out, but she groaned as she opened her eyes to the light in the room. She looked around at everyone before sitting up and staring at the floor momentarily in order to get rid of the grogginess, then stood up and looked at the Sorting Hat again as though seeing it for the first time. After staring at it for a moment or two, she went over to Severus and nestled against his chest.

"I'm sorry." she whispered to him "I'm sorry for sleeping with Antonin and Jerith and fooling around with all of those boys when we were at school. "God, I've been an idiot!" Betta lifted her left sleeve again and looked at the Mark on her arm. "What have I done?" she asked. "Severus? What have I done? I'm a dead woman..."

Severus frowned at his wife, then noticed the evil flash of light in her eyes. At the last second, he pulled out his wand just as she'd pulled hers out. "Chloe, get out of the way!" he yelled, shoving Chloe to the side a split second before Betta's spell hit the other woman. Snape took aim at his wife, watching as she blocked it; he sent out another one--this one hit her squarely on her hip. Enraged, Betta aimed her wand at Chloe; Severus disarmed Betta a second later, not getting off of Chloe until he was sure that Betta would do nothing else other than scream with rage.

"You're out of your mind, Betta." Severus said, pocketing his wand and his wife's. "I love you, Betts, but you...I really don't want to have to do this, but I can't have you walking free right now. You're a danger to yourself, to me, and to everyone around you, including that child. Headmaster, do you have a way to get in touch with St. Mungo's? I think this is probably the best place for her at this time."

"I AM NOT GOING TO SAINT MUNGO'S!" Betta screamed, lunging for her wand again and failing to retrieve it, as Severus had thrown it out of the room. "I am not a danger to anyone, Severus! How you can say that is way beyond--urgh!" she exclaimed, feeling herself being jerked backward. "Let me go, Dolohov! Let me go--how dare you touch me like that? Let me go, you disgusting...you fool! Let me go! I--" Elisabetta was promptly cut off as Antonin exclaimed "Stupefy!" and caught her around her waist so as to sit her back down in the same chair she was in before.

"Severus, I'm not sure if she can wait to go to St. Mungo's." Antonin stated coolly. "Elisabetta's insane...she doesn't belong anywhere near anyone, werewolf or not." He gave Severus a calculating look. "Perhaps you should re-think your marriage to her. You have a son already, that should be enough for you. He turned and looked at Chloe. "You've been awfully quiet. What do you think should happen? Please...we could use another opinion."

I sighed, " She is a human being.....so it would be good to find her some help....but she may be beyond that point and would need constant...and I mean constant supervision. " I told them trying to think and can you please leave my son out of this..." I finished with a look to Dolohov. " She needs constant supervision and no wand... at all. I don't believe she has the ability for wandless magic correct?" I asked them.

"No, she can't do wandless magic. That's one good thing, I guess." replied Severus. "My concern now is what to do about her child. She's not fit to be a mother. Do I take her or does Antonin take her after she's born? Headmaster...I know this is a position you never thought you'd find yourself in, but what's the more correct course of action?" he asked, leaning against the wall and letting out a huge sigh. "I don't think they take too kindly to Death Eaters in St. Mungo's, especially after what she's done."

Antonin frowned again. "I'll take the baby." he said. "It's mine--I can give it to my mum to raise; she'll be safe from the Dark Lord for the time being. I'll make my excuses and take whatever punishment he'll mete out." He started walking round in a circle. "No. I don't want her anywhere near him. Mum's guaranteed to...she should be put up for adoption. My daughter should not suffer for the decisions I've made in life."

He looked at Severus, then at the Headmaster, then at Chloe. "Do any of you know of any family that would be willing to adopt a child?"

I looked to Severus, " No, I suppose I'm not used to this Severus and I believe you gentlemen can handl the best situation for the child she's carrying but for the safety of the child I would suggest no contact with his or her biological mother." I said, looking to the groups. Nodding, "We can put her up for adoption....I think it may be best for the muggle world until ready....then for the wizard family... or wizard family....just someone off the grid."

I shook my head, " I don't know..." I said with a slight shrug, no idea who would be willing to adopt a child.

"Professor Dumbledore, I tried to--whoa, what's this?" Jerith asked, surprised to find Dumbledore's office so full. He looked over and spotted Betta, unconscious. "What happened to her?" he exclaimed, running over to her. "Why is she unconscious, and who knocked her out? Snape? Dolohov? You?" he added, glaring at Chloe. "What are you planning to do with the baby? I heard something about an adoption--are you seriously considering this?"

Not waiting for an answer, he gently tapped Betta's cheek. "Betts, wake up. Wake up, love. It's Jerith. Wake up for me--that's a girl." he added, seeing Betta start stirring. He leaned over to whisper in her ear. "They want to put your baby up for adoption. Are you really going to let them do that?"

"What about adoption?" Betta muttered, coming round again to find Jerith kneeling in front of her. At his knowing look, she attempted to stand, having to hold on to Jerith's shoulder for support as she glared at Severus. "You are not putting my baby up for adoption, Severus. I am her mother. Do you hear me? I AM HER MOTHER!" She struggled against Jerith, but couldn't free herself. Ugh...I hate vampires sometimes...they're too strong! she thought, feeling him start to nuzzle her hair as he moved it away from her neck. "Jerith, for Merlin's sake, would you stop? This is about my child! They want to take her from me, and she's not even born yet! How dare you?" Betta snapped, again trying to get away from Jerith, and again failing. Having had enough, Betta reached out her hand and shouted "Accio, wand!"

"I don't think so." Severus said coldly, catching Betta's wand as it flew through the door. "Jerith, make yourself useful and tie her up while we figure out how to get her out of here without anyone asking question. And make sure Dominic doesn't see this. As it is, he's already supposed to be in his dormitory--ouch!" he shouted, as Betta kicked him squarely in his shin. Jerith threw Betta at him, which resulted in him getting kicked a few more times before he finally managed to bind his wife's hands and feet. He winced as his wife began screaming furiously, then conjured up a gag and stuffed it into her mouth.

"There's no time to wait. Dolohov, we're going to take a little flight to St. Mungo's. McKennon, you are not going anywhere near her." he added, stupefying Betta once more before carrying her out of the room.

Elena and I sat outside the office, I wanted to know what the heck I was going to do....It had been on hold for the episode of Jerry Springer. I needed to know what could be done...or if I would just have to put up with it. It's not as if my mum is going to leave that office without getting an answer. I sighed, " What the hell am I going to do now?" I looked to her almost completely defeated.

Will's mum couldn't be okay with this. This is ridiculous, he is the Headmaster, he can and has the ability to perform curses. Wiping the memory of being told Will's secret should be a thing. " Ridiculous." I said simply, this year was going to fun I was thinking of malicious pranks. Nothing to kill but to scare the mickey out of people.
