You're falling out of reach -- Spring/Summer 2000

I looked over at James sadly.  "And if it doesn't?" I whispered.  I was sure that I would end up hurting so many people because of not having my memory and I really did not enjoy doing that.  But if I never remembered, what was there for me to do about it?

I hated that Remus was asking me such a question.  "We'll all figure out how to handle it if that's what happens," I said to him quietly.  We would figure it out.  We would have to.

I took a deep breath and calmed myself down a little bit.  "Of course," I said, shaking my head.  "I just don't want to hurt anyone unintentionally."
