If it all should end tonight, I'll know it was worth the fight -- Fall 1999

I was not entirely sure what I was doing.  I wanted to talk to Faith about some things.  I was not entirely sure how it would go down.  I mean, it was a secret what I was, but then again, my close mates all knew.  It was still a hideous disease -- well, that was what others thought.  There was still so much prejudice, even though there were things being done to help, such as the Wolfsbane Potion.

I found Faith outside enjoying the sun, even though we were NEWT level -- well, I was.  Faith was still catching up.  I sat down next to her.  "Appreciate a bit of help?" I inquired, smiling at her.  I knew that I had to be a bit on the soft side of myself with her because if I was full throttle, it was a bit much for her still.
