Mia R. Slughorn
Name: Mia Reagan Slughorn
Parents: Horace Slughorn
Siblings: None
Birthday: 4 November 1953
House: Ravenclaw
Wand: Phoenix Feather and Oak, 10.75 inches
Patronus:
Personality: Mia is reserved and slightly embarrassed that her father is the potions master. She does not enjoy the pomp and circumstance like her father does. She hates his Slug Club. She was friendly and kind, like her father, though. Mia did tend to be charming as well.
Bio:
Before School Years:
During School Years: Mia was an excellent student, though Potions was not her greatest subject. Her greatest subject was Transfiguration, much to her dad's dismay. He was good natured about it, though. She did like her dad being around since that was all she had, but it got to be intrusive sometimes and highly embarrassing with his Slug Club. Of course she was a part of that because she was his most prized possession. She hated it that he viewed her more as a possession rather than as a daughter. As she grew older, Lord Voldemort was coming to rise. It was frightening. Her father did not want her to go out and expore the world like she wanted to. He was tightening his grasp on her -- which was understanding -- but he was living with fear. She wanted to go out and live. There was no reason to not find someone and get married. Her dad wanted to basically hide under a rock and wait for it to pass, she had different plans. That was why she ran away.
After School Years: Mia fell in love with Samuel and had a child they named Lincoln. She was viewed as a blood traitor, though, because she was pureblood and married a muggle. She was hunted down by Death Eaters and her husband was tortured and killed. Though she was tortured, they only thought they killed her. Well, more or less they left her there to bleed to death. But she did not. She knew enough to be able to save herself, she just had no idea where her son was. Mia lost her baby boy and had no idea if he was even still alive.

I don't think you need to worry about that, my dear. And I wouldn't quite say it's forbidden... just discouraged.
