Say it if it's worth saving me -- 2019/20?

Laughing a little bit, I answered, "Exactly.  You and Ryan both -- if he agrees."  Which I hoped he would.

I grinned and nodded.  "Of course I'll be up there with you," I said.  I was happy that Dad was going in for a hug because I wanted to give him one and I had not been sure if I knew exactly where he was.  I hated accidentally hitting someone because I did not know where they were.

We embraced and when I pulled away, I said, "I am so happy you'll be up there."  At my first wedding, Will was up there with me.  As much as I wished he could be there... he was not.  Who better than my own kids?

"I know that Dad," I replied. "You need to go talk to RJ."  I knew that my younger brother was alright with Juliet now, but Dad still needed to talk to him.

I chuckled slightly.  "He's next on my list and the last one," I explained to Constantine.

"Dona was really excited," I said more as a statement than as a question.  I knew how my sister felt about the whole relationship.  She loved it.

"That's an understatement," I assured my son.  "I should stop stalling, though... I need ot talk to Ryan."  I ran a hand through my hair, ready to get stressed out by Ryan.

I understood that.  "Yeah, go talk to him," I said.  "He may surprise you."  I was sure that Ryan would be okay with it -- especially after talks with Dona.

I merely chuckled and bade goodbye to my son.  It did not take long to find my youngest.  "Hey, bud," I said when we sat down and got comfortable.  "How are you doing?" I could not believe I was this nervous.

I ha hugged Dad and now I was wondering what he was up to.  "I'm fine," I said to him simply.  "You're acting weird."

I rolled my eyes at Ryan.  "Gee, thanks," I said sardonically.  He was such a pain sometimes -- so much like me that it was unbearable at times.

Smiling innocently, I said, "What's going on?" I wanted to get back on track with this conversation.  We were easily distracted.

There was no point in avoiding the topic.  "Ryan I know you're just starting to get along with Juliet, but I'm hoping you'll think about your answer before jumping to something..." I took a deep breath and continued.  "I want to ask her to marry me.  But I won't do anything unless the three of you are okay with it>"

I sat there looking at Dad, stunned.  After long talks with Sedona and Constantine... and acually giving Juliet a chance, I found she was not as bad as I thought outside of school.  "I think you both make each other happy," I started out.  "So... yeah, why not?"

I was stunned.  I had not expected that from Ryan.  "WAit... is that a real yes?" I asked, a smile playing at my lips.  I was so proud of Ryan.
