I felt like this was my fault and here he was telling me that it wasn't. " I don't know why I did....he just was a boy who asked me on a date...I figured he seemed nice. I had agreed to go on ....a date....and that apparently told him I was ......." I took a deep breath. " his or something." I finished with a new batch of fresh tears rolling down my cheeks.

I shook my head at her adn gave her another hug.  "You don't need to blame yourself for what's going on.  We won't even try to figure out what's going through Potter's head... clearly he's not a good kid," I said, though that was an extreme understatement.  I just needed to be a little careful as I was that much older than Ginny and Evan.
