Personality:  Declan is quite playful.  He lights up a room when he walks in due to his bubbly personality.  He loves everyone until proven to dislike them.  He always gives everyone the benefit of a doubt. 


Bio:

Before School Years:  Declan in an only child and he loves his parents dearly.  They spoil him completely and everyone knew before he actually did that he was different compared to others.  He was quite bright but that was not exactly what they had noticed. 

During School Years:  During school, Declan realized tremendously that he was not like a lot of other guys.  He always became friends with girls first, though he did become mentor to Leopold Greyback for a few years before he graduated.  Declan ended up coming out in his fifth year.  He ended up falling for Parker Weasley -- who had not come out to his family quite yet.  But things could not be kept secret at Hogwarts.  so Declan helped Parker come to face the fact of coming out.

After School Years:

Dec!  You seem so lonely!
