Bio:

Before School Years:  Percy, even at a young age, soon became the black sheep of the Weasley clan.  He hated rule breaking or even just bending the rules slightly -- which was something the Weasley children tended to do quite often much to his dismay.  He was rather proud when his older brother became a Prefect the year that Percy started at Hogwarts.  That was what Percy aspired to be when he was such a young age.

During School Years:  Percy was Sorted into the Weasley house of choice -- Gryffindor.  He followed in his eldest brother's footsteps and became Prefect in fifth year and then Head Boy in his seventh year.  He received 12 Outstandings on his OWLs just like Bill did, as well.  He tried his best to control his younger brothers while being put in charge of the Gryffindor House to no avail.  There apparently was no control to be had when it came to the twins.  He tried to keep Ron and Ginny from getting into trouble as well, but that did not happen either.  He hoped that Ron would take to Hermione Granger due to the fact that she helped keep him on track with grades along with rules.  He was always teased by the twins as well for his entire life, and at Hogwarts it seemed to get much worse due to him aspiring to be Prefect and Head Boy. 

After School Years:  When he graduated, he quickly got a clerical job at the Ministry.  He had extremely different views than his parents when it came down to the fundamentals of life and things that were happening in the world again.  He disowned his entire family -- something that he believed he should have done years ago due to the way he was constantly treated in the family.  He ended up coming around to put his differences aside with his family when he started a family.  He had gotten married a couple of years after graduating Hogwarts to Penelope Clearwater (his school love), though his family was not in attendance due to their differences and Percy having disowning them basically right after graduation/as soon as he had gotten his job at the Ministry.  It ended up being Penelope who convinced him to forgive his family and to set their differences aside due to their children and, in the end, Percy admitted that Penny was right.  They were just petty differences that should have been put aside years previous and never been an issue in the first place.  But when one gets in an argument, both sides said things that they did not really mean and it just took some time to look past it all.

Percy and Penny had a son whom they named Parker.  His family had not even known that they had a grandchild/nephew.  After a few years of ignoring each other, the family finally reunited.  Percy was finally accepted back into the family.  Which only strengthened his bond with the only brother he had ever felt close to when he was younger, Bill.  Penny was more than happy that the family was finally back together -- he had gotten along fine with the Lupins since they were part of Penny's family.

Naturally... except for the rest of the family being pains as usual towards me.  You know how that goes.  *chuckles*
