Personality: Parker is a family man just like pretty much ever Weasley. he takes after his parents when it comes to his smarts, but unlike his father, he knows when it is time to unwind and have a little bit of fun. Parker is on the quiet side, however, when it comes to meeting new people. Some social awkwardness inherited by his father.
Bio:
Before School Years: Being the second eldest grandchild in the Weasley family, Parker is quite connected to Seth. He looked up to Seth quite a bit as they grew up. But Parker loved being with his younger cousins, too, as they were a little closer to his age. Parker being more quiet, is often overlooked by the loudness of his cousins... but Seth among a few others always find time for him and make him feel like part of the gang. His Uncle Bill is his godfather and he loves how there is no hesitance in his uncle's willingness to get him out of trouble after having put him there in the first place with breaking the rules hsi father puts in place.
During School Years: Parker was sorted into Ravenclaw -- which was no surprise to anybody in the Weasley family. He easily found his niche while at school and loved the fact that his uncle was the Headmaster at Hogwarts. Not that he tried to get away with anything as he was more of a rule follower than the rest of his family, he still knew that he had his uncle to look out for him.
