Personality:  Lyla is extremely trusting and loyal.  She is rather independent and brainy as well.  She takes after her mother in defending the ones who don't have a strong voice.  But she is stubborn like her father.  Lyla doesn't necessarily handle being overly protected that well, either.


Bio:  Much to her father's dismay, she takes after him and her Uncle Sirius.  Most of the time she knows where to draw the line... but between being as stubborn as both of her parents combined and as flirtatious and charming as her dad and uncle, Lyla definitely has boys trailing her around while at school and even when she is out on vacation.

Before School Years:  Lyla is the daughter of James and Lily.  Her parents were a bit older when they had her and she had all sorts of cousins and nieces/nephews that were her age.  It was rather odd to her, but she did not mind.  She was just happy that she had so many kids her age to play with.

During School Years:  Lyla, much to her family's dismay, started dating - well, rather toying with - Dorian Malfoy... the son of her brother's enemy.  She had so much fun with Dorian... sneaking around and enjoying the risk.  But the sad thing was, she was also falling for Xander Black as well.  She was up front with both of them about seeing another guy... she just never really specified who that was.  But she knew they both would easily find out... it was not as if she hid who it was very well.  

As for girl friends, Lyla easily made plenty.  Of course she had her nieces -- the twins -- in her own House so that made it quite easy for any mischief to occur.  But then she had her niece in Hufflepuff and her nephew in Slytherin.  That was one way she easily caught the eye of Dorian Malfoy -- Stan was good friends with him.  Lyla quickly became friends with Anastasia when they first stepped foot on the train bound for Hogwarts.  She was the one who told Ana to pursue her crush on Seth Weasley.  Lyla was with an older man, after all.

Hey Lenni! Wait until I tell you about what I've been up to! *grins mischievously*

*crosses arms and smiles* what's up? I have twins that are worse than me and George.... it can't be that bad.

*laughs* That's true... I'm dating a Slytherin. And it's not just any Slytherin. *lowers voice dramatically* It's Dorian Malfoy. I call him Ian... I'm the only one who can call him that, though. It's great!

YOU'RE DATING MALFOY?! WHY?!

Have you seen his muscles?! And his eyes? He's so gorgeous! *sighs dreamily*

*smirks* I am married to a beater...I have plenty of muscle Ly...but he's malfoy....do you guys talk about things?

Of course we do! He's actually quite sweet... he just doesn't show that to everyone. *sighs* I just wish that one of them would make me angry with them... I just don't know how to make this decision.

*crosses arms* Just because he's a Malfoy doesn't mean anything. Hello, look at Uncle Sirius. He was a Black... back then being a Black was just like being a Malfoy... or worse. Yet he became best mates with Dad.

*raises eyebrows* you mean look at my dad? Yes he is a total opposite to what his entire family is. Can you say the same? And I mean the same 100% know that he wouldn't betray anyone as soon as it got tough.

*crosses arms*  He wouldn't betray me, if that's what you mean.  Dorian is a mystery to me -- but that's definitely part of the appeal.  From what I know, he would not betray his closest friends or the people he cares about.  Overall, yeah they have different views... but the fundamentals are the same:  family loyalty.  

*grins*  But we can talk about this other guy if you'd rather not hear about my adventures with Ian.  *wiggles eyebrows*  Wanna know who he is?
