All about loving you -- Fall 1997

I could not believe my luck; I fell in love with Persephone Ollivander (though I never called her that).  I knew that the Ollivanders had been through a lot through the years, but I would never hurt Liv.  Fall was her favorite time of year, so I knew that it would be wonderful to take a stroll in the park and pop the question.  My hand was in hers and I squeezed it.  "Liv... isn't this a great day?  A bit brisk... but not too bad," I said like a bloody moron.

I looked over at Lee and laughed.  "Are you okay?" I questioned playfully.  "Since when do you make small talk?"  I nudged his arm playfully.

I shook my head.  "This is deep, meaningful conversation," I said to her, giving her a look.  "Just because you can't find the deeper meaning shows which of us is truly wiser than the other."  Of course I had to tease her.

I rolled my eyes at Lee.  "Yeah, I'm sure there's such a deep meaning behind this entire thing you have planned," I said, grinning at my wonderful boyfriend.

I looked over at her.  "I don't have anything planned," I said to Liv simply.  "I'm just... enjoying the day with my lovely girlfriend."  I smiled.  "What's the harm in that?"

I narrowed my eyes at Lee suspiciously.  "Right," I said to him, my pale hand holding onto his dark one lovingly.  "And why don't I believe you one bit?"

I squeezed her hand and looked at her. "Maybe because you know me so well?" I suggested as a possible reason behind everything.

I chuckled at him, shaking my head a bit. "Look at you trying to be all smooth talking and whatnot," I teased, bumping into him playfully. "And, sadly, it works on me for some reason." I could not believe how much I loved Lee. This playful banter with him was always so nice -- but we had our serious moments as well.
